London gives a wedding its own visual language. Historic architecture against contemporary fashion. Grand interiors and quiet streets. Black tie against the movement and energy of the city.

Rather than treating the location simply as a backdrop, I look for ways to make it part of the photographs - using architecture, scale, light and movement to create images that belong specifically to that celebration.

Editorial wedding photography shouldn't mean turning your wedding into a photoshoot. The strongest images come from knowing when to direct and when to disappear.

I’ll step in when intention helps - finding the light, refining a composition or giving enough direction for a portrait to feel effortless. For the rest, I’m watching: the movement, interactions and fleeting moments that give the photographs their life.

The result is a gallery that moves between considered portraiture, honest documentary and images shaped by the architecture, fashion and atmosphere of the day.

ARE YOU BASED IN LONDON?

I’m based in South Wales and photograph weddings regularly throughout London, the UK and Europe. London weddings are planned with travel in mind from the outset, so everything is straightforward before the day.

DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FOR LONDON WEDDINGS?

Travel requirements are considered when preparing your proposal and will always be clear before booking. Where accommodation or additional travel is required, this will be discussed with you in advance.

WHAT IS YOUR STYLE OF WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY?

My work combines editorial portraiture with documentary observation and a strong sense of place. I’m drawn to architecture, fashion, design and atmosphere, while keeping the people and relationships at the centre of the photographs.

DO WE NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?

Not at all. Direction is used when it adds something to the photograph, but never to the point that the day begins to feel like a production. I’ll guide you when needed and leave space for everything else to happen naturally.

Yes. I photograph weddings throughout the UK and Europe, including destination and multi-day celebrations. Each proposal is built around the location, schedule and coverage required.
